A 20-minute telephone or video consultation. If applicable, there is a separate prescription charge. If, after the consultation, a home visit is required, the virtual consultation fee will be deducted from the home visit fee.
A 30-minute consultation in your home. If applicable, there is a separate prescription charge; a travel charge may also apply if the journey exceeds 30 minutes.
Prescriptions are subject to suitability and may only be issued after a consultation. Controlled drugs will not be issued. Prescriptions are issued electronically, and medications are charged separately by your chosen pharmacy.
As a paramedic prescriber, I will personally complete all prescriptions; this is included in the cost of your treatment.
Virtual consultations will be followed up with a face-to-face assessment prior to any procedure.
The consultation fee is waived if you proceed with treatment.
A reduced model rate is currently available for a limited time, subject to consent to photography and video content for marketing and educational use. This may include before-and-after images, treatment footage, and promotional content shared across digital platforms. Patients in Belfast and the surrounding areas are included. For locations further afield, a travel fee of £25 per additional 30 minutes may apply. Any potential charges will be discussed in advance.
Cancellation Policy: To reserve your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, as products are likely to be ordered in advance. To ensure a smooth and fair process, Dale Health Group Ltd requests a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or amendments. No-shows and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, but late amendments may be considered at Dale Renno's discretion.
